Responsibilities

A Customer Service Call Center Associate answers inbound calls regarding customer's credit account and billing questions.  Maintains charge and charge return slip files and distributes all Credit office mail.  Assists stores in providing good customer service to customers.  Primary job responsibilities of a Customer Service Call Center Associate include the following:

 

-Answers inbound calls regarding customer's account and billing questions, and makes immediate changes to the customer's account.

-Follows up on customers' unresolved questions and explains what steps were taken to resolve the problems, either over the telephone or in writing.

-Debits or credits customers' accounts when charges, returns or payments must be added to or removed from the customer's account.

-Reviews requests for instant credit; approves or denies in accordance with credit policy.

-Maintains charge and charge return slip files.

-Candidates should have typing experience.

-Must be able to work a schedule that consists of day, night and weekend shifts.
