An Employee Lunchroom Department Manager provides food service for 200-300 employees at the Corporate Office. Service includes continental breakfast, hot and cold lunches, and various snack items. Monitors department's organization, processes, supplies, policies and procedures. Primary job responsibilities of an Employee Lunchroom Department Manager include the following:
-Assists and motivates Employee Lunchroom Associates in providing excellent customer service; sets an example for others to follow.
-Trains Employee Lunchroom Associates in department procedures and company policies as needed.
-Assesses Employee Lunchroom Associates' performance fairly and constructively, and participates in performance reviews.
-Prepares and serves food, and supplies beverages and snack items. Replenishes salad bar, snack items and ice container.
-Restocks trays, silverware, glassware, paper goods, and condiments.
-Operates cash register daily, accepts payment, and makes change.
-Washes all dishes, kitchen equipment and utensils.
-Sweeps and mops kitchen area daily.
