A Fitting Room Attendant provides customer service to our customers, assists customers with other selections, cleans out fitting rooms, and returns stock to appropriate fixtures.  Primary job responsibilities of a Fitting Room Attendant include the following:   -Ensures unused fitting rooms remain locked. -Gathers merchandise left in the fitting room by customers.  Hangs, buttons, zips, and folds merchandise and returns merchandise to proper department and fixtures. -Assists department associates with putting stock away. -Fulfills customer’s requests for different sizes and additional items while in fitting room. -Assists in maintaining organization in the department and cash wrap areas.

An Alterations Associate provides various alteration services to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchases.  Primary job responsibilities of an Alterations Associate include the following:   -Measures, fits, marks, and pins garments according to customer specifications and garment’s alter ability. -Disassembles garments to various degrees, without damaging the time, when needed. -Sews or reassembles garments according to measurements taken when fitting the garment to the customer, or to repair damaged or defective merchandise.  These may range from basic to moderately difficult sewing/alteration procedures. -Irons or steams garments as needed to prepare the garment for more sewing or for the customer. -Candidates must be professionally competent in all basic and some advanced alterations.
